Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR) are suitable for landlords, homeowners, industrial or commercial property owners who would like a detailed report outlining the current condition of their fixed electrical wiring system.

MD Electrics Northwest Ltd, can help complete an urgent inspection and testing to assist with a client in the process of buying a new home.

Our EICR will include a full visual inspection and testing of all the electrical fixtures and fittings, then test the fixed wiring of the property. All our electrical test kits are fully calibrated annually to make sure they are in correct working order to give accurate test readings.

Should your EICR find any defects or non compliant issues with your fixed electrical system, and requires any remedial work, we will provide you with a quote and our earliest available slot to complete the works.
