Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR)

Our EICR will include a full visual inspection of all the electrical fixtures and fittings, then test the fixed fixed wiring of the property.

All our electrical test kits are fully calibrated annually to make sure they are in correct working order to give accuarte test readings.

Should your EICR find any defects or non compliant issues with your fixed electrical system, and requires any remedial work, we will provide you with a quote and our earliest available slot to complete the works.
